2010 Summer Ministry Report

We are finishing up with our summer street outreach for this year. We will be moving
indoors with a 6 pm bible study at the food court in the downtown mall over the winter.

We have had a good summer, the streets were difficult this year, a lot of apathy, a lot of panhandling, some very aggressive which made for a not so good atmosphere.

Our ministry to needy families and other needy folk went very well.

Thank you for all of your support this year, because of that, we were able to accomplish the following:

Met with 290 individuals to share on a one to one basis about faith in Christ.

We saw 16 individuals profess faith In Christ.

We gave out 1,829 Bibles

We gave out 1,276 McDonald $5 gift cards, and 421 Quizno $5 gift cards to needy families and individuals.

We gave out 1,496 bags of groceries to help feed needy people.

The winter which is coming soon will bring fresh challenges and needs, as well as the
Holiday season which we see some of the most pressing needs. Please pray for our team as we minister to a very needy, hurting and difficult group of people.
Pray for some of our homeless friends who are still out on the street, many of them will be out all winter. Pray for them that they will see their need to obey God and get their life in order, get clean and get off the street.
